This is a representation of the arrest of King Henry V111's wife Queen Anne Boleyn at Greenwich Palace in 1536. The background images I left as underpainting so that the emphasis focuses on the two main characters. The book Anne is dropping is a copy of her actual book of hours, the 3 judges at the back are paintings of the actual judges. The livery worn by the soldier is the colour of the guard's livery at the time of Henry V111, not the Beefeater clothing we see today.
